Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducting housing facility inspections and identifying deficiencies; 2) Interpreting, explaining and applying technical requirements and specifications to quality problems encountered in such activities as audits, facility inspections, or investigations; 3) Preparing reports and point papers that include information relative to data collection, analysis and recommendation for action. You will promote good relations between residents and neighboring communities.
You will act as point of contact for the Property Manager to ensure good coordination on issues affecting the installation, residence and public-private venture (PPV) partner.
You will provide resident advocacy, assist with resident issue resolution, and work closely with public-private venture (PPV) partner to solve complex problems.
You will conduct housing inspections, audits, and management reviews to ensure compliance with housing program requirements as well as Life, Health, and Safety requirements.
You will use housing related maintenance skills to inspect and identify potential issues.
