Job Description:

You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT OFFICER in the LOGISTICS PLANS AND POLICY DIRECTORATE of COMMANDER US PACIFIC FLEET.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating logistics, transportation, and mobility policies to develop transportation and mobility operation support plans; determining program requirements for a transportation program; and providing recommendations on how to improve logistics readiness, mobilization, and logistics support effectiveness. You will serve as Supervisor of the Transportation Program and coordinate the development of Transportation and Mobility Support Plans for Pacific Theater Major Theater War (MTW) Plans.
You will serve as the transportation program manager, technical authoritative expert, and focal point on Pacific Theater Transportation, Logistics Plans, and the required support infrastructure.
You will perform extensive in-depth analyses of current logistics, transportation, and mobility policies, procedures, and techniques in regards to Deliberate and Crisis Action planning.
You will serve as Head of the Transportation and Mobility Cell.
You will lead Logistics and Sustainability Analysis (LSA) for analyzing, validating, preparing, correcting, and recommending improvements to assigned operations plans, operations, and exercises and the corresponding LSA.
You will be responsible for enhancing logistics readiness, mobilization, and logistics support effectiveness.
You will be responsible for total cradle-to-grave intensive management of the Pacific Theater Navy Major Theater (MTW) Time-Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDD) from concept through Joint Staff approval.
You will serve as primary transportation functional advisor and analyst in the design and development of logistics support for the U.S. Pacific Fleet.
You will develop, refine, analyze, and issue logistics policies applicable to an operation plan in concept form (CONPLAN) or a fully developed operation plan (OPLAN).
