Qualifications: Experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties described above using the theories, principles, practices, and techniques of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and experience in internal review or auditing field is required as a minimum. Analyzes the monthly and yearly results of accounting transactions upon the financial posture of a small to medium installation MWR. Interrupts the effects of such transactions.
Apply accounting concepts when rendering financial guidance to managers and division chiefs. Responsible for development and formulation of the annual operating budget to include the five-year plan and narrative.
Reviews and interprets budget guidance for consolidation of estimates and develops instruction based on new guidance.
Ensures the provision of general supply and support services to NAF activities within the command directorate.
Plans, directs, and coordinates support services operations involving centralized distribution, warehousing, maintenance, supply, information services, training, marketing and advertising in support of NAF activities.
