You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Strategic Microelectronics Division (GXM), Test Operations Branch (GXMT) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower band, NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating technical project resource requirements to develop, plan and execute project schedule, milestones and deliverables for improved efficiency and execution of program operations. You will serve as Branch Manager of Physical Test and Evaluation (GXMT), in the Strategic Microelectronics Division (GXM) provides physical test and evaluation of microelectronics.
You will be responsible for oversight of the construction analysis lab including all equipment and test capability, to include radiological equipment that requires compliance to RAD-10 requirements.
You will serve as a resource to branches within the Division for fabrication of test boards for electrical and radiation testing.
You will develop the workforce, execute workload consistent with organizational initiatives and objectives, and provide outstanding support and service to assigned customers, within and external to the division.
You will develop and implement long and short term planning for required funding, human resources, facilities and equipment.
You will plan, distribute, coordinate, and monitor work assignments of subordinates; evaluate work performance and provide feedback on their performance.
