You Are:
The
Procurement Practice Analyst
executes small to medium sourcing projects and/or provides support to larger strategic sourcing projects. Activities may focus on data management or supplier management or project management.
Procurement Business Process Services (BPS) professionals integrate the various purchasing functions ranging from the front end/short term strategic activities of sourcing and auction services to the back end/long term activities of TCO driven category management, procurement transaction processing, and procurement enablement.
The Work:
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their IT procurement needs and engaging the delivery teams to provide expert advice.
Project Management: Manage client engagement requests from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
Strategic Consulting: Provide expert advice on IT procurement strategies and leverage framework, helping clients optimize their procurement processes and achieve cost savings.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT procurement sector, driving revenue growth within existing client accounts.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to provide clients with the most relevant and up-to-date advice.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including analytics, finance, and internal account teams, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on engagement progress, outcomes, and market trends to client sponsors to ensure satisfaction and continued business.
