You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Spectrum Warfare Department (WX), Expeditionary EMW Systems Division (WXQ), Project Management Branch (WXQM) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $137,000).
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS 12/13 grade equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating project resource requirements and data to develop, plan, and execute project technical requirements, milestones, and deliverables to improve efficiency and execution of program operations. You will receive feedback from warfighters and interpret requirements to guide the direction of the program.
You will manage a budget at NSWC Crane.
You will provide NSWC Crane management with information about future program direction and risk planning.
You will review OEM development efforts and make priority recommendations.
You will provide daily task management to a team of multiple government workers, upon concurrence from branch manager.
You will understand program office level budget cycle to help prioritize external collaboration efforts.
You will provide input to the entire project planning for requirements and budgets.
You will develop and manage project execution plan with branch manager.
You will communicate changes in scope direction/budget to and from customer, project team, Leadership Team, and TPM.
You will provide data to support data calls through division management, TPM, CA, or branch manager.
You will perform gap analysis and identify gaps for assigned resources across assigned tasking.
