Job Description:

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the FST LOGISITICS DIVISION of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Apply all ILS elements to various tasks, including product support management, maintenance planning, design interface, supportability analysis, supply support, technical data, and readiness analytics; 2) Prioritize work efforts of the team based on program office/fleet objectives and personnel and budgetary constraints; 3) Negotiate with leadership and other sites to coordinate the logistics program efforts for systems and platforms; 4) Utilize accepted management practices and principles to resolve problems, plan future strategies and recommend a course of action for logistical problems; and 5) Implement logistics plans consistent with long-term interests of the organization that aligns with goals and values. You will provide effective supervision of the FST Logistics personnel and management of the assigned weapon system or commodity area.
You will the manage the planning, development, acquisition, integration, and delivery of all Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements to design, support, and maintain highly complex weapon systems.
You will recommend/propose personnel actions to higher levels of supervision.
You will develop planning objectives and management strategies for current andmlong range (3-5 year) program tasks.
You will prepare reports, maintain records of work accomplishments, develop program sustainment and acquisition ILS staffing plans/budgets, and review externally submitted estimates/budget submissions.
