We are seeking an experienced Retention & Growth Lead to drive engagement, retention, and growth across our website and subscription products. This role will be responsible for our subscription revenue, user growth goals, and implementing strategies to maximize customer acquisition and retention. This role will be pivotal in understanding our customer journey, developing targeted communication strategies, and optimizing touchpoints to maximize customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and possess a strong understanding of CRM, lifecycle, and growth marketing principles.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve growth and retention targets for revenue and user growth goalsDevelop and execute strategies across the customer lifecycle to identify at-risk customers, mitigate churn, maintain high NPS scores, and cultivate long-term loyalty while maximizing customer LTVManage and leverage our CDP (Customer Data Platform) to segment audiences, personalize communications, and trigger automated campaignsLead campaign management and operations across performance media channels to drive improved reach, consideration, and conversion outcomes across the funnelAdvise on creative workflow process for owned & paid channel content (email, performance media, direct mail, in-app messaging, etc.) to nurture leads, onboard new users, and engage existing customersPlan, execute, and optimize email marketing and SMS campaigns, including segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and performance analysisDrive app signups and engagement through targeted campaigns and in-app messagingManage and optimize our presence on app stores (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store) to improve visibility and drive downloadsIdentify and implement new opportunities for app subscription revenue streamsUtilize data analytics tools to track KPIs, generate insights, and make data-driven decisionWorks closely with other members of the Kohler Ventures Commercial team.
