Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Physical ATM Hardware for Testing
Ensure all devices are operational and in good working condition prior to test
Configure physical devices to support different test scenarios
Diagnose and resolve basic hardware issues (faults/jams)
Diagnose networking and connectivity issues
Coordinate complicated repairs with on-site technicians
Install and Configure Software
Install software to physical ATMs using USB sticks and remote distribution tools (SCCM)
Install software to virtual machines
Initiate scripted software installs to virtual machines
Review software installations for success/failure and remediate failures
Install software to physical ATMs using remote distribution tools (SCCM)
