As a Laborer (Motor Vehicle Operating), you will perform the following duties: Operates large complex riding lawn mowers, and/or specially designed mowers and/or lawn and garden tractors with various specialty attachments. Operates lawn edging equipment, trimmers, brush cutters, brush chippers. Maintains buildings, grounds, roads, and trails using hand tools (e.g., shovels, picks, pulaskis, digging bars, rakes). Digs ditches and trenches with picks and shovels where soil is hard and compact. Cuts trees and heavy vegetation with axes, chainsaws or powered brush cutters. Stacks heavy logs, lumber, and sacks of cement.
