Job Description:

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the In-Service Support Center's Fleet Support Teams of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Lead large cross functional teams and coordinate the efforts of diverse professionals to ensure readiness and on-time delivery of complex weapons products or systems to the user; 2. Maintain the project/effort schedule, budget, and quality standard that support the acquisition and sustainment program; 3. Coordinate/facilitate deliverables that include engineering and logistics aspects for things like aircraft modifications, readiness issues, depot capabilities, etc; 4. Develop and implement project plans, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed to address any emerging challenges within the acquisition and sustainment program; 5. Adept at risk management, identifying potential weapon systems/program issues early, and devising mitigation plans to keep the project/ effort on track. .
