We are looking for an Iron Melt Preheat Operator to join our Cast Iron division. We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our manufacturing divisions. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products. 
 
 
Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities 
 
Programs the type of charge to be made up into I-FIX computer 
Use of pneumatic chipping hammer 
Use masonry/brick saw, will perform ladle patch/rebuild with misc. refractories, perform melt baghouse bag change out, perform auto-pour furnace chip/patch, perform melt furnace chip/patch 
Melt furnace knockout and reline as needed, yard crane, HMC and scrap load check-in, forklift certification is required, etc.  
PPE requirements are, but not limited to: 3.0 tinted safety glasses, slip off safety shoes with metatarsal guards, respirator, coveralls, etc.
