Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating fleet training program objectives and milestones to develop, coordinate, and implement tactical exercise plans or experiments in an effort to improve naval warfare readiness. You will act as the principal advisor to the Director and Deputy on all matters regarding fleet assessment events.
You will develop experimentation and exercise plans involving multiple fleets throughout the Indo-Pacific region.
You will be responsible for determining experiment and exercise warfare assessment goals.
You will coordinate with all commands involved in future exercises to modify and address specific annual Fleet exercises as necessary.
You will be responsible for developing and distributing lessons learned to ensure they are incorporated into the Pacific Fleet warfare Skill Set matrix for future training.
You will provide recommendations on assessment issues affecting the Fleet Integrated Warfare Improvement program.
You will ensure exercises include realistic scenarios for unit-level and Strike Groups.
