This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Oversight, directing, and/or execution of installation operations to include Security, Emergency Management, and Training.; 2 Understanding installation FED/FIRE and Safety organizations and operations; 3 Managing DCPDS and/or SLDCADA systems to ensure accurate information; 3 Interpreting computer applications to include Microsoft applications of Word, Excel, and Power Point; 4 Providing briefs and executive level issue or white papers to senior officials; 5 Interacting with HR personnel to resolve employee work performance and/or dispute issues. You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.
You will give advise, counsel or instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters.
You will provide administrative and technical direction for complex security matters.
You will manage and oversee the local threat assessment information provided by other law enforcement and homeland security organizations, including close liaison with the local NCIS Supervisory Special Agent.
You will plan, prepare and review security measures, assign resources to support on-going operations.
