Job Description:

You will serve as a PROGRAM SPECIALIST in the Marine and Family Programs Division (MF) Sexual Assault Prevention Response (SAPR) of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: serving as the subject matter expert for the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Outreach and Education section assisting in developing, managing, and sustaining prevention and advocacy training, communication, and educational materials enterprise-wide. You will develop consistent and effective prevention and advocacy methods that support an environment where sexual assault is not tolerated, condoned or ignored.
You will deliver education, training, and presentations using a variety of techniques and methods; and mentors field trainers regarding implementation of new curricula and how to effectively implement prevention initiatives.
You will establish an ongoing communications strategy to include face-to-face engagements, print media, and social media.
You will propose, review, and offer recommendations regarding the approval or disapproval of SAPR program plans and materials and assess impact on program resources and requirements.
You will provide advice and guidance to resolve, implement, or manage program or policy issues that involve major areas of uncertainty in approach or methodology.
