You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ENGINEER (ENERGY SAVINGS PERFORMANCE CONTRACTS (ESPC) Branch Supervisory & Subject Matter Expert) in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER (EXWC), Shore Department.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 through GS-14 or ND-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Project and Program expertise in Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) at all phases of the life cycle. 2.) Advise technical expertise in installation of energy systems such as: HVAC, electrical, utilities, generation, and storage. 3.) Lead teams and collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries with diverse stakeholders. 4.) Instruct on Federal Acquisition processes and contract administration related to third-party financed projects. NOTE: This experience must be supported in your resume.
