Job Description:
You will serve as a NAVSEA program level Information System Security Manager (ISSM) and Project Lead (PL), 2210 IT Project Manager (INFOSEC) in C27 the Cybersecurity & System Security Engineering Division of Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport, Washington (NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA).
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing and implementing strategies for testing and evaluating undersea cyber security information technology systems to ensure requirement compliance. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving. You will be responsible for the NAVY Risk Management Framework (RMF) Roles and Responsibilities of a Program Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) and a project lead in a working capital fund organization.
You will be responsible for the planning of the program ISSM duties and any delegation activities to the team as it relates to execution for the calendar year.
You will provide expert advice on the implementation of supporting technologies, including interpretation and review of proposals, plans, and specifications for applicable projects and programs.
You will be responsible for briefing senior level program officials on all cybersecurity aspects for the program assigned.
You will be responsible for managing RMF packages in eMASS.
You will be responsible for mentoring more junior level cybersecurity personnel and this may include offering hands on assistance with Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS).
You will design, direct, coordinate, and conduct Cyber Test and Evaluation evolutions of DoD systems under test.
You will be responsible for the development of long-term Cyber Test and Evaluation strategy, test plans and procedures.
You will provide expert advice on the implementation of supporting technologies, including interpretation and review of proposals, plans, and specifications for applicable projects and programs.
