Key Responsibilities:
Hyland OnBase development and support.
Lead the application design and configuration process.
Act as the primary contact for application-related queries.
Collaborate with teams to ensure successful application deployment.
Provide guidance on solution architecture and design best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of application development processes.
Overseeing the maintenance, optimization and support of OnBase system.
Manage configuration for workflows, document types and user settings to align with business needs.
Maintain prod and non-prod environments and sync between them.
Evaluate the storage requirements and plan for capacity need.
Review and refine the workflows for efficiency improvement.
Manage access / System audits.
Troubleshooting integration issues between other healthcare system / EMR.
Workflow design / re-design.
