Job Description:

You will serve as the Administrative Officer at Naval Technical Training Center of NTTC.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Coordinating with command personnel as required to establish, implement, and revise administrative plans, procedures and matters. 2) Acting as the command's Official Mail Control Officer (OMCO) and supervises the command's official delivery of incoming mail. 3) Identifying current and future position requirements to ensure recruitment is appropriately focused. 4) Planning and administering comprehensive and effective public affairs, command information, and community relations programs for the command. You will establish policies, plans, and procedures to accomplish the administrative/support activities in an efficient and economical manner.
You will prepare office standard operating procedures for implementing directives that are related to various facets of the organization.
You will lead an aligned, engaged, and high performing team.
You will train, develop, and directly supervises the command’s administrative support staff comprised of federal civilians.
