Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Interpreting principles and objectives of PPV/Family Housing and Unaccompanied Housing management, such as would be gained in independently managing a large hotel with extensive services; Interpreting Hotel/Property management systems to include, Electronic Military Housing (EMH).; Communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, with high-ranking civilian and military personnel, both within and outside the organization. You will formulate proposals concerning funds, personnel, and materials to accomplish housing activities.
You will assign work to staff members based on priorities and capabilities of the employees to ensure work is completed.
You will collaborate with others to accomplish work-related activities.
You will review cost estimates for maintenance and operations to determine and develop recommendations for needed resources.
You will develop a public relations program.
You will be responsible for providing budget information to senior management.
