Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: preparing and directing the development of planning studies, project documentation and engineering analyses; developing alternatives and analyzing potential environmental impacts of alternatives for proposed planning action; and conducting space utilization studies to maximize facility usage. You will develop facility requirement documents and engineering studies in support of Military Construction project development and programming.
You will recommends immediate solutions to controversial situations including those which are due to misunderstanding of project scope and objectives, or project cost overruns.
You will be responsible for adjusting resources and expenditures to meet project deadlines.
You will conduct/coordinate on-site Engineering Evaluations of existing assets (Class II) to determine current facility use, using organization, size and dimensions, siting adequacy and physical condition of buildings and structures.
You will ascertain technical environmental reports and coordinate field investigations.
You will be responsible for the development of comprehensive plans for future development and all proposed construction.
