We are looking for a diligent, analytical, and proactive individual to join our team as an
Accounts Payable Analyst.
In this role, you will be responsible for solving routine problems through established guidelines and working closely with your team and supervisor to ensure timely and accurate task delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolving supplier requests and inquiries independently
Routing supplier inquiries to the relevant teams for review, action, and resolution, following the point of contact matrix
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of supplier issues
Reviewing AP invoices and payment proposals
Close cooperation with stakeholders on open items resolution
PO/PR management, amendments and support
Supporting automation process through process analysis
Job requirement: this is a hybrid position with an onsite requirement of 4 days in office.
