Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the system or application ensuring accurate identification of issues and providing clear interpretation to design effective solutions.
Collaborate across the Service Delivery Lifecycle to engineer solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of existing applications.
Oversee the configuration, build and interpretation of user/system requirements into design specifications.
Monitor systems and trends to correct errors, adapt to new hardware, upgrade interfaces and improve overall performance.
Coordinate, track, and facilitate the approval of production environment changes using established processes.
Operate IT production services according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Provide operational support to ensure that technology standards are followed.
Identify and assess complex problems, develop solutions that require thorough evaluation of variable factors for team implementation.
Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments and make decisions that will be implemented by the team.
Align with the strategic direction set by senior management through regular consultation.
