The
Source to Pay Analyst

will
perform data entry and auditing in various systems and tracking tools, seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work.
The right candidate will enjoy working both autonomously and in a group setting, as well as be interested in learning new software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolving supplier requests and inquiries independently
Routing supplier inquiries to the relevant teams for review, action, and resolution, following the point of contact matrix
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of supplier issues
Reviewing AP invoices and payment proposals
Close cooperation with stakeholders on open items resolution
PO/PR management, amendments and support
Supporting automation process through process analysis
Data analysis, business intelligence reviews.
Job requirement: Onsite requirement of 5 days in office.
