Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-3 (GS-13 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: serving as a technical subject matter expert working with cross discipline teams to manage the execution and integration of multiple programs within a prescribed acquisition framework. You will plan, track and assess overall progress, develop solutions for technical, schedule, and cost problems that arise during the design, development, test and evaluation, production, and initial logistical support for the assigned program area.
You will be responsible for development and maintenance of system engineering and acquisition documents for the assigned program area.
You will liaise across a diverse workforce comprised of technical branch subsystem developers, integrated product teams, contractors, and warfare centers to coordinate, deconflict and optimize activities and resources.
You will produce reports, metrics, and briefing materials as necessary to brief leadership on assigned work areas in program reviews, working groups, acquisition milestones, and system engineering technical reviews.
You will develop budget planning factors, defend budget requests to the Board of Directors, track and manage financial expenditures.
