Description The New York State (NYS) Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) Center for Employment and Economic Supports (CEES) took responsibility for administration of New York's Supplemental Security Income (SSI) State Supplement Program (SSP) from the Federal Social Security Administration (SSA) in October 2014.
