You Are:
A Technology Leader for Infrastructure Services responsible for delivering and growing comprehensive infrastructure services business to large clients.
Your focus will be on ensuring successful project delivery to meet our clients needs and drive business growth for Accenture through a delivery-led growth approach.
You will create tailored solutions and develop strategic relationships in the client organization.
You will lead execution of infrastructure projects, configure infrastructure systems, solutions and services to meet client business objectives.
The Work:
Project Delivery: Oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Manage project teams, including internal staff and external contractors, to achieve project goals.
Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Develop long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress of client programs and measure the success of the portfolio. Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the infrastructure services domain with a delivery-led growth approach. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Collaborate with Accenture sales and solutioning teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and showcase the value of our services.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Additionally, candidate will have to be based in the Seattle area as they will need to meet in person with client regularly.
