Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-03 (GS-09-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following duties: 1) Planning, designing and lead programs, projects, studies or other work independently in response to operational needs; 2) Translating new and incomplete design data from sketches and engineering drawings into prototype hardware; 3) Conducting extensive investigation and analysis of largely undefined factors and conditions to determine the nature and scope of problems and to devise solutions. 4) Assess and depict risk associated with ALRE development, test and sustainment programs; 5) Identifies state of the art solutions to current and future systems, requiring substantial problem analysis and involve a considerable amount of data.
