Job Description:
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER in the PROTOTYPE, MANUFACTURING AND TEST DEPARTMENT PROTOTYPE AND MANUFACTURING DIVISION ADVANCED MANUFACTURING, PROTOTYPE ENGINEERING BRANCH of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE (BL41200 Branch Head).
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-03 (GS-09-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following duties: 1) Planning, designing and lead programs, projects, studies or other work independently in response to operational needs; 2) Translating new and incomplete design data from sketches and engineering drawings into prototype hardware; 3) Conducting extensive investigation and analysis of largely undefined factors and conditions to determine the nature and scope of problems and to devise solutions. 4) Assess and depict risk associated with ALRE development, test and sustainment programs; 5) Identifies state of the art solutions to current and future systems, requiring substantial problem analysis and involve a considerable amount of data. You will provide technical leadership and guidance for the overall administration and management of all prototype fabrication, overhaul, modification and installation of electronic and mechanical systems, subsystems and related equipment.
