Job Description:
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), Planning, Design and Construction (PDC) Directorate, Business and Resources Division (PDC1) of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG SYSTEMS COMMAND PAC.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing Planning, Design and Construction (PDC) programs and processes to ensure compliance with the organization's requirements; 2) Developing solutions and/or process improvements to Planning, Design and Construction programs and processes; 3) Tracking funding execution in support of Planning, Design and Construction programs; and 4) Recommending improvements to PDC programs to NAVFAC PDC leadership. You will be responsible for managing financial resources for major programs, including accounting of resources against approved programs
You will plan, present, and execute budgets, to include analysis of budget impacts on programs and forecasting of long-term funding requirements.
You will be responsible for optimizing available financial resources aligned with assigned programs impacting mission critical operations.
You will be responsible for coordination, development, and implementation of the annual Planning Design and Construction acquisition plans
You will lead the Program Analyst Community of Practice and provide training, regional interface for resource management, and expert consultation on business resources
