You will serve as a ELECTRONIC INTEGRATED SYSTEMS MECHANIC SUPERVISOR in the Ship Control, IC and TACNAV Systems Repair Shop (Code 732/Shop 51C), Command and Control Systems (CCS) Electronics Repair Division (Code 730), Weapons Repair Department (Code 700) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.
Although a specific length of time and experience is not required for most trade and labor occupations, you must show through experience and training that you possess the quality level of knowledge and skill necessary to perform the duties of the position at the level for which you are applying. Qualification requirements emphasis is on quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time. You will serve as an Electronic Integrated Systems Mechanic (EISM) Supervisor responsible for management and technical direction of shop operations.
You will assign, direct, and review the work of subordinates and evaluate their work performance.
You will plan, schedule, and coordinate work operations; solve problems related to the work supervised and determine material, equipment, and facilities needed.
You will apply requisite skills to handle network cabling such as CAT 5 and CAT 6 cable and work on equipment that contains parts and assembly’s sensitive to damage by electrostatic discharge.
