Job Description:

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR & CHIEF OF STAFF OFFICE of OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FACILITY.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector executing qualitative and quantitative evaluative techniques to assess the overall effectiveness and efficiency of program performance indicators and recommending improvements to data management and analytics tools. You will serve as Data Analytics expert on staff, providing data analytical support and trend analysis.
You will evaluate demographic information related to the civilian workforce for use in developing strategic plans that address future workforce needs.
You will develop reports in various formats for presentation to and utilization by senior leaders, supervisors, and colleagues.
You will modify and tailor content-based content based on business needs and integrates user feedback for continuous process improvement to provide the best, most responsive information possible.
You will research and investigate new or improved business and management practices for application to agency programs or operations.
You will identify, extract, compile, and analyze information from various sources and develops meaningful program data, information, and reports.
You will create and utilize predictive modeling and advanced statistical analysis translate personnel data into actionable business intelligence.
