You are:
A skilled SAP Basis Technical Analyst
The Work:
The SAP Basis Technical Analyst is responsible for performing day-to-day technical tasks for a project.
Practice Areas involved (i.e., Design/Build/Run, Operations Architecture, System Administration, Database, ERP and other technical frameworks, etc.).   The SAP Basis Technical Analyst will provide expertise in a specific area, troubleshooting and issue resolution for moderately complex environments. The SAP Basis Technical Analyst will be a moderately experienced member of the basis technology team. Responsible for providing support for the technical infrastructure of the SAP solution across all production stacks along with daily system monitoring and issue resolution.  
                                   
• Provides technical input for all maintenance requests that are entered into project-identified change management.
• Perform all activities related to technical maintenance and administration of the SAP environments
• Provide SAP HANA support
• Provide SAP DBA and limited OS support as it relates to the SAP Landscape
• Provide proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of the SAP Landscape
• Develop and maintain appropriate documentation for system activities and ensure change control is followed as necessary
• Participate in application updates and upgrade projects
• Perform system refreshes
• Conduct performance tuning
• Participate in on-call support rotation
• Handle technology issues and escalate as necessary to expert level help
• Execute projects when requested
• Implement process improvement measures within the environment.

This role will require 2-3 days per week at the local office. The preferred hiring locations for this role are Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; and Tampa, FL.
