To qualify for the Business Continuity Manager (Warehousing and Distribution Services), PG - 0301 - 15 , you must meet the following requirements: To minimally qualify for the PG-15 level, you must have one year of specialized experience at the PG-14 (or equivalent) level or higher in federal service, Specialized experience includes: (1) Managing and reviewing the full range of warehousing and distribution services, including implementation of new technologies, operational modernization, and workforce planning; AND (2) Evaluating performance of subordinate managers and recommending actions for appropriate recognition; AND (3) Performing the full range of administrative and technical supervisory and management duties, including hiring, taking disciplinary actions, performance management, developing training plans, setting work priorities, and strategic planning, Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement (06/16/2025) to be considered.
Oversees the technical requirements service level agreements for each agency partner.
Develops specifications for new customer Inter-Agency agreements, awarding contracts, and terminating contracts for the good of the service.
Oversees establishment of performance standards and objectives.
Meets the new and current federal client-agency needs related to warehousing, distribution, mail management, contact center operations, printing, publishing, and web order development.
Conducts and leads negotiations with potential federal clients.
