Opportunity
The Sr HR Generalist serves as a
strategic partner to the Category Strategy and Finance organizations in the
Kitchen and Bath North America business unit, aligning HR initiatives with
organizational goals. The Sr HRG provides expertise in talent management,
employee relations, performance management, and organizational development to
drive business success. This role collaborates with leadership to foster a
positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
Specific Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide HR solutions that support business goals, including workforce planning and organizational design.Talent Management: Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent. Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and develop training programs.Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive workplace culture.Performance Management: Support the development and implementation of performance evaluation processes, coaching managers on goal-setting, feedback, and employee development plans.Change Management: Guide teams through organizational changes, such as restructures or process improvements, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement.Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as company policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.Data-Driven Insights: Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, diversity) to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions to improve employee experience and business outcomes.Inclusion: Champion Kohler’s culture by fostering an inclusive environment and supporting programs that promote diversity.
