You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the MARITIME HEADQUARTERS of BUREAU OF MEDICINE AND SURGERY.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience performing formulation of budget and estimates to support plans, programs and activities, including presenting and defending budget estimates before authorities Experience controlling and reporting obligations and expenditures. Experience implementing legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets. Experience advising on efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization. Experience analyzing and recommending costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of an organization's programs and administrative operations.
