Job Description:

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the PROTOTYPE, MANUFACTURING AND TEST DEPARTMENT, SUPPORT EQUIPMENT (SE) & AIRCRAFT LAUNCH AND RECOVERY (ALRE) TEST DIVISION of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE (BL42000 Division Head).
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13/14 grade level or NM-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience: Providing technical oversight of the ALRE/SE Test Site at Lakehurst; Providing direction over critical near-term test events such as F-35, MQ-25, French FMS, and AAG/ EMALS in-service and new construction; Ensuring the SE/ALRE Test Site's operational availability and effectiveness, performing duties as the CRA manager for the Test Site Service Cost Center, and management of the labor and non-labor funding allocations Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). You will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Division ensuring subordinate supervisors meet their organizational goals and objectives.
You will manage financial resources within assigned budget, provides make/buy guidance in compliance with policy.
You will ensure that subordinates obtain training necessary to accomplish their duties, recommends capital investments for facility improvement, and directs the technical work done within the unit.
You will responsible for formulation of financial planning documents and execution of labor and non-labor budgets to minimize variances while meeting mission requirements
