Job Description:

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-3 (GS-13 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: independently preparing annual and monthly budget execution phasing plans and monitoring/analyzing financial health of the organization; managing multiple efforts/projects across multiple fiscal year; utilizing financial policies and financial systems (specifically, working knowledge of Systems Applications and Products). You will possess comprehensive knowledge of fiscal policy and law as it applies to DoD acquisition for multiple most common Department of the Navy appropriations.
You will assess assigned financial health of projects, track, coordinate, and analyze overall program financial data, schedules, and milestones.
You will develop strategies for programming, budgeting, and procurement for an organization controlling thresholds in excess of $200M.
You will be responsible for assisting with multiple contracting efforts in excess of $100M and contract administration throughout the acquisition lifecycle, including requests for proposal, and contract award(s), modification(s), and closeout.
You will prepare and provide programmatic financial briefings and solutions to potential financial risks for senior leadership, technical stakeholders, and external organizations.
