The Solution Architect Senior Manager (Human Resources) position requires strong Project Management, Storytelling, Problem Solving and Content Mastery experience within the HR space to deliver in a client facing capacity. This client-facing role is primarily focused on the HR / Talent Acquisition space.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and define project scope and requirements.
Develops functional and technical specifications to support business and technology transformation projects.
Creates and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs.
Coordinates the implementation of solutions and assist in change management efforts.
Utilizes industry expertise to guide decision-making processes.
