Key Responsibilities:
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for providing general support to the client which includes:
Monitoring inbound customer support requests via Slack, Salesforce and other channels
Triaging inbound customer support requests and resolving Salesforce administrator-related requests.
Creating and assigning tickets to the developer queue for requests requiring developer support.
Collaborating with business/requestors to gather necessary information to triage and resolve requests
Develop and implement quality assurance and SF strategies to enhance project performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met Analyze and report on quality metrics to drive continuous improvement
Lead training sessions on quality assurance best practices
Contribute to the development of SF Admin policies and procedures
