Kohler Waters Spa team at The American Club Resort offers more than 50
innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth’s mineral-rich
waters and is one of only 64 five-star spas worldwide. Join our
world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge
while they experience five-star living at its finest. 
Specific
responsibilities include:
To provide the
highest level of customer service set forth by the Kohler Waters Spas and
Forbes
Meeting and
greeting guests with professionalism
Cleanliness
standards of all areas within the spa including treatment rooms, public
areas, and back-of-house areas
Upholding and
maintain set uniform and grooming standards
Knowledge of spa
services and amenities; including but no limited to Facials, Body
Treatments, Waxing, Bridal Makeup
Knowledge of
emergency procedures
Providing the
highest level of technical service and adherence to SOP’s
Meeting agreed
upon retail sales goals by educating guests on at home care
Maintain
continuing education criteria based on State of Wisconsin requirements
Adhering to
policies put in place by Forbes, Kohler Waters Spa and Kohler Co.
This
is a part time position, working weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary
between 8:00am and 9:00pm.
