Job Description:
You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS/PLANS & PROGRAMS DIVISION/DIRECTOR, MISSION SUPPORT/HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 pay band (GS-13 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and assessing financial records to execute programming, planning, and budget administration for the support of a financial management program. You will lead financial planning and management activities to integrate business acumen into every facet of the Civilian Human Resources Branch.
You will assess program financial health by tracking, coordinating and analyzing overall program financial schedules and milestones.
You will collaborate with other stakeholders in the development of strategies for programming, budgeting, and procurement.
You will provide recommendations for resource adjustment based on resource availability subject to program schedules and priorities of discrete efforts.
You will Manages the balancing and allocation of branch level budget and funding priorities.
You will prepare Contract Statement of Work/Objectives (SOW/O), Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), Technical Evaluations, Justification and Approval, and generation of Procurement Requests (PR).
You will lead Government and Contractor contract planning and execution efforts including development and implementation of acquisition plans; procurement requests and associated documentation; and contract Plans of Action and Milestones.
