Early Talent Programs, which is inclusive of our Interns (Product Management,
Category Management, and Marketing), Sales Management Training Program, and Leadership
Development Program within our KBA organization. This is your chance to make a

Reporting to the VP of HR, KBA, and collaborating with
program sponsors, you’ll spearhead the end-to-end execution of our early talent
strategy in partnership with our Early Talent Center of Excellence (COE). If
you thrive on creating vibrant learning environments, building strategic
partnerships, and shaping the future of a global organization, this role is for
you.
What You’ll Do
Lead with Vision: Partner with the Early Talent COE to design and execute a best-in-class commercial rotational program, sales management training program, and intern experience by defining strategy, structure, and success metrics that attract top talent.Drive Impactful Communication: Own program communication, ensuring timely decisions, clearing roadblocks, and escalating issues to keep initiatives on track.Shape Future Leaders: Lead the executive rotational steering committee, collaborating with business leaders to enhance program outcomes and elevate participant experiences.Measure Success: Develop and govern KPI reporting to track program milestones and performance, using data to influence strategic business decisions.Innovate and Improve: Apply process improvement methodologies to optimize existing programs and collaborate with the LDP Sr. Manager to launch new initiatives that foster leadership development.Guide Talent: Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of interns and rotational participants, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.Mentor and Inspire: Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to program participants, aligning their career goals with impactful project placements in Sales, Marketing, and Category Strategy.Evaluate and Evolve: Continuously assess program effectiveness through feedback and data, implementing improvements to keep our programs cutting-edge.Build Connections: Act as the primary point of contact for participants, addressing their needs and fostering a supportive environment.Expand Our Reach: Partner with the Early Talent COE to build relationships with top universities and external partners to boost program visibility and recruitment.Stay Ahead: Keep a pulse on industry trends and best practices in talent development to ensure our programs remain innovative and competitive.
