Opportunity
Under the direction of the Chocolatier & Production Manager, KORC, strive to exceed the food quality expectations Kohler
Original Recipe Chocolates customers.
Specific Responsibilities
•Production
o Chocolate Preparation: Prepare all chocolates necessary for orders to the demonstrated culinary standards.  Produce all quantities according to par levels developed by the business manager and/or chocolatier.
o Set and maintain high standards of quality: Ensure quality in all that you do.
o Drive continuous improvement through the sharing of ideas on better or different methodologies to enhance our production capacity.
•Sanitation
o Learn and maintain HACCP standards and cleaning procedures.
o Maintain personal hygiene in hand washing to prevent cross contamination.
o Clean your work area and practice safe food handling techniques.
•Safety
o Wear slip resistant shoes to avoid slips and falls.
o Have a working knowledge of all equipment that is within your job duties.
o Know how to assemble, disassemble and clean this equipment.
o Practice safety by asking for assistance for anything that is too heavy for your own body strength.
•Time Management
o Clock in and out according to Kohler Co. policy.
o Understand that your schedule is in reflection of the chocolate business.
•Teamwork
o Build trust and demonstrate teamwork within your work group and beyond, providing a service to our guests through other departments.
Weekday and weekend availability, shifts vary between 6:00 am - 4:00 pm.
