Job Description:
You will serve as a Management Program Analyst in the NAWCAD of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE. The President has ordered a government-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the hiring freeze. Although we are moving forward with the consideration of candidates, we will not make a selection for this vacancy announcement unless and until the position is no longer subject to the hiring freeze.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: Providing civilian personnel management by preparing/coordinating requests for personnel actions (RPAs) via current system to include PD, OF-8, RPA attachment, Pay Setting Worksheet and superior qualifications, as required. Coordinating and tracking performance appraisals and evaluations to ensure the department/office supported completes all required actions by given suspense. Advising management on hiring processes and best practices and prepares briefings and responds to data calls as required. Analyzing data metrics and maintaining current manpower reporting such as organizational charts. Offering input in the development and implementation of accurate, thorough, and up-to-date records management policies/procedures to facilitate effective and efficient record-keeping programs command wide.
