Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing systems security engineering program management for submarine programs to include weapon systems and/or support systems as well as project management experience within an acquisition framework. You will lead/manage engineering work associated with nuclear and conventional weapon systems security engineering to include adversarial assessment activities, application of cybersecurity principles, and assessment/authorization of these systems.
You will be responsible for planning the budget for the security engineering work associated with multiple programs and projects across multiple work performers.
You will be the technical area expert with responsibility for assessing the risk associated with the independent security engineering assessment.
You will be responsible for producing and keeping current the policy and process associated with the development, deployment, and sustainment of security engineering work.
You will integrate the policy and processes produced to the higher-level system engineering policy/process.
You will be responsible for managing the contracts, task statements and deliverables associated with the work performers and for evaluating their work at the end of the contract period.
You will recommended mitigations or countermeasures for weapon, weapon support, or operational technology systems such as a fire control system or an electronic security system.
