The Training Lead will be responsible for delivering, overseeing the full training cycle and track progress of training initiatives, evaluate accuracy of updates, reports and on boarding new Trainers. The Training Lead will also be involved in trainer improvement activities to ensure skills development.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate team projects and product specific projects with the client
Support training team members on daily tasks such as coaching, mentoring, answering training related questions
Oversee organization of new joiner training and work with all the trainers to make sure all training initiatives run smoothly
Work closely with the team to make sure all trainers are provided with the support needed to complete their tasks successfully
Conduct updates to material when there are discrepancies to ensure consistency

Must be flexible to work any shift between 5:00 am – 12:00 am PT including weekends and holidays
