Job Description:
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the COMPTROLLER GROUP BUDGET FORM, JUST & EXECUTION DEPT BUDGET CUSTOMER DIV PRODUCTION SUPPORT BR of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-03 (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: specialized experience. Resolve technical problems; review work, provide, and/or research answers to employees and/or supervisor questions. Approve timekeeping documents and leave requests, training requests, travel orders, and miscellaneous forms and/or correspondence relate to workplace safety and on-the-job injuries, security-related access and clearance issues, employee separations, etc. Prepare performance plans covering work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work. Advice, counsel, or instruct to employees on both work and administrative matters. Recommend or make some issue decisions on serious disciplinary actions recommended by subordinate supervisors, including removals from Federal service.
