Job Description:
You will serve as a Supervisory Program Manager, Aircraft Handling Support Equipment, Tool Control, & Mobile Maintenance Facilities Branch Head in the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division; Support Equipment & Aircraft Launch and Recovery Group; Support Equipment Department; Common & Commercial Systems Division of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-03/GS-13/14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following duties: Coordinating, integrating and managing all technical efforts being performed to ensure requirements are met with design solutions that are traceable, supportable, and affordable and are the best life cycle support solution; Developing and mentoring SE design and in-service engineers and logisticians for assignment to teams; Creating, documenting, and ensuring compliance with SE design and in-service engineering and logistics processes; Leading multidisciplined teams in the performance of commodity system requirements analysis, design approaches, recommendations for modifications or upgrades to existing SE, and plans and specifications for overall SE development, design, integration, evaluation, acquisition as well as in service engineering; and Translating SE mission need statements/functional/operational/environmental requirements into core requirements and specifications to identify and define the performance amid related constraints. You will supervise personnel, administer management policies and procedures and to coordinate functions between various groups to accomplish goals.
