A seasoned Oracle delivery expert! An enabler that is ingrained in our clients’ organizations to solve their most complex business problems every day. Your human superpower? A keen eye for technology enabled innovation, automation, and optimization to help our clients sustain, flourish, and achieve the best outcomes in an Oracle ERP centric IT ecosystem. You specialize in one or more functional or technical areas within the Oracle Cloud suite of applications. You understand the intricacies of leading and delivering Oracle engagements. You can size new deals and prepare compelling proposals and presentations, making a strong impact on clients and prospects. The Work:

 
Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Utilities (CCS/C2M/CC&B) technology solutions, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to design and deliver robust Oracle Utilities solutions. 
Understand meter to cash utility processes and be able to advise our clients on how their business processes can be enabled with the Oracle technology.
Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and post-implementation support. 
Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle Utilities technologies, staying updated on the latest developments and best practices and the Oracle Utilities roadmap.
Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective solutions. 
Manage and mentor a team of Oracle Utilities professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. 
Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices in Oracle technology delivery. 
Demonstrate proficiency in in one or more modules of Oracle Cloud technologies (Oracle CCS, Oracle C2M, Oracle CX4U, Oracle CC&B Cloud, PaaS and OIC) 
Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
