Job Description:
You will serve as the PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER (PMO) in the UNDERSEA WEAPONS DEPARTMENT of Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport, Washington (NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA).
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-05 pay band (GS-13/14 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing leadership, teamwork, conflict management, policy administration, process improvement, technical expertise, collaboration, communication skills, and knowledge of weapon system development and business management. Examples of Qualifying Experience may include leading a team of engineers on a major defense project, ensuring collaboration with external stakeholders; managing human resources and financial policies for a naval research facility; developing and sustaining effective processes for a technology integration program; providing technical expertise in the test and evaluation of weapon systems; writing comprehensive reports on business management for military sales programs. You will uphold security protocols ensuring continuous access to TS/SCI National Security Information.
You will unify diverse engineering teams to develop and integrate major weapon system programs.
